No matter which tier you choose—whether it’s 1:1 coaching , a consulting partnership, or comprehensive go-to-market frameworks with Fractional Services—our process stays consistent. We start by understanding your goals, align on a clear strategy, and deliver actionable results.

For coaching services, the process is more conversational and guidance-driven. For our more traditional tiers, like GTM consultant and Fractional, we lean into workshops, test projects, and structured collaboration. No matter the engagement, we’re here to make the process smooth, transparent, and focused on growth.

We begin with an in-depth discovery process to understand your business, challenges, and objectives. Through a detailed questionnaire and initial session, we identify the right tier and define the scope of our engagement.

Once we’ve identified the right tier for your needs, we’ll work together to align on the services we’ll provide and define the initial deliverables. After the initial deliverables, we gather your feedback to ensure everything aligns with your vision and goals. With the foundation set, we transition into a retainer model designed for ongoing collaboration. This phase is all about refining, delivering, and growing together. As your needs evolve, you can easily switch between tiers—whether you require more strategic guidance, hands-on execution, or coaching. How We Partner With You

Most communication and deliverable tracking will take place in our client portal, ensuring everything stays organized and on track. Outside of scheduled Zoom calls, you’ll have access to tools like kanban boards, feedback loops, and file management, all within the portal.

For collaboration on specific tasks, we also utilize tools like Figma, Miro, Google Docs, and Google Slides, depending on the project’s needs. Our goal is to streamline the process so you can focus on results while staying informed every step of the way.
