What to expect during the strategy call
As we’ve worked with different tech companies to position and launch their products and brands, we can rapidly tell what works and what doesn’t. Depending on your growth stage and other economic factors, we want to make sure that you’re making the right choice to partner with us and not wasting your time.
Our objective is to build a working and lasting relationship that is results-oriented and enjoyable.
In this strategy call, we want to begin by understanding who you are targeting, what you are selling, and where you are heading, in order to orchestrate the appropriate next steps.
If you’re looking to hit the ground running without losing too much runway, the [Storytize Basics] package is probably a good option to start with. For more advanced product marketing work, the [Storytize Pro] package is definitely the most recommended option. We will discuss your needs and figure out the best viable option to support your business and drive the results you want.
The subscription will only start after our initial assessment. We look forward to speaking with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Regardless of your growth stage (seed stage or hyper growth), let's say you have a rather complex product to take to market which would require a more seasoned product marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience, the annual cost of a full-time (even entry level) product marketing manager exceeds $100K. The odds of finding one within your budget constraints are pretty high (or impossible?).
Depending on the package you 're choosing, we expect you to provide insights on content strategy and marketing goals by answering our questionnaire offline, as well as give us timely feedback and approval on each piece of content, communicate company updates and goal changes. Most of our interactions will be executed offline via our Trello dashboard. Additionally, you will have a set of hour meeting credit balance each month to connect via a Zoom meeting and discuss further needs, revisions and next steps.
We want to make sure you're satisfied with the output. Once subscribed, you will be able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. Ideally, revisions will be applied before moving on to the next deliverable.
The average time per deliverable will vary based on the level of complexity. We've documented the typical average time for each product marketing deliverable in the below table. Note that with the pro subscription, you will have the option to expedite one deliverable per month.
Our goal is to make sure you like the end result. For any given messaging output, we will continue to revise the copy until you're 100% satisfied.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, we will work on the remaining queued requests until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to our services as well as any form of dashboard access.
